Three more members of the Winster team are now qualified forklift truck operators after undergoing a training programme in December, which extends the flexibility and capacity of the team to manage the warehouse inventory and get orders delivered to customers.
Avril and Jack, our two newest team members (see our recent blog article) and our Managing Director, Val Gardner have each undertaken five days of training; three in December and two in January, covering two types of forklift trucks. All three passed with flying colours!
Those who know Val won’t be surprised that she grabbed the opportunity to roll up her sleeves and take on a new challenge to ensure customer service levels are maintained or even improved.
