We recently asked customers for some feedback via a short survey. A huge thank you to everyone who took part; we really value your comments and are committed to taking action to improve our customer service.

The answers to the question “What is the best thing about working with Winster?” echoed some of the statement responses, but also made reference to stock levels, order fill, speed of delivery and good communications.
When asked for one thing Winster could do better, some customers wanted even faster deliveries and more communication, which we will try to work on, while some customers couldn’t think of anything!
