This month is the 15th anniversary of Mel Patel joining Winster. Mel is the Winster Business Manager dealing with many of our customers and suppliers and responsible for securing and renewing the Winster ISO9001:2015 accreditation. Her winning mix of efficiency and clear communication, coupled with a determination to help and friendly style has kept the office running smoothly since 2011! We will be celebrating with her at our next team evening event.
Mel said “15 years has passed so quickly! I think it’s the combination of working in a small team where I have got to know my colleagues very well and the regular opportunities for self-improvement through training.”
